Is there a pressure guage on it?.... your pressure might need to be turned up a little, pretty common. Also mine tends to do this when its really cold, once it warms up it fires up fine

fuel filter changed?

did you take the nozzle apart..?  take that whole brass piece apart ..inside u will find a stainless "tip" with groves cut in it..
thats what make the fuel come out the nozzle like a "fan pattern"  atomises it.. if it is cloged up then  it will come out in more of a "straight line" and will make it burn bad. flames out the end and it and make the cell read bad flame and shut down..

dose the motor sound strained?.. seen the vanes in the pump get stuck and actually stahl the whole motor. cause breaked to trip

there a port on back of  motor / pump.. . one port will adjust ur pressuer other is for test gauge

paul

the one on the right on the very back of the pump where the air filters r
