2000 F-250 super duty 4x4 wondering left while driving

Hey guys really need some help on this one. I was driving my 2000 super duty today and all of the sudden it felt like someone was pulling the steering wheel to the left. It's been wandering to the left now all the time. I was driving about 45mph on a flat road. Any suggestions?

My 06 did the same thing when the ball joints were going bad. Mostly stuck after a turn. Could be that or faulty axle u joint.

proly a ball joint ,or maybe a wheel bearing

start simple check the air im all 4 tires    if thats good do a complete front end check,you ll find something .   probly ball joimt, tie rods, or something along those lines
