getting closer, limo body prep is completed for now until it is set onto the frame. Bus body has been removed, stock axles have been replaced by the welded posi 5tons front and rear, suspension lift is completed ( the frame has been lifted 17" ) frame has been shortened to proper length, rollers are on. Still some work to do on the chassis prior to bringing the body into position. First mud run "Berville July 18th" Pics of progress are on "BadSeedBoggers.com"

Trailer is a 50' step deck, still have to do some work to prep it including a dove tail. Gonna try to put "Mud Force One" & The "RNL6x6" on it together.
Picked up the 66x44x25's today !!!!
We got the beast pulled out of the shop today, and put the big dawg tires on. This thing is simply massive...

New master cylinder & orbital valve to put on in the morning, then test run before it goes back in the barn to get cleaned up. Gonna wrap the bottom, enclose motor compartment, & such. Engine has been fired, runs good, the 240hp injectors worked out. Changed the bus computer out for a pick up computer which added another 900 rpm. Drive shafts have been moched up for test run,but are going to have to be replaced. Front brake rotor is in, but need to still work on the front caliper. Have yet tested the air togle switch to the transfer case. Do have on board compressor in working order. Stacks have been completed out through the deck lid (trunk still in working order) . Overall Dimensions are 30'+ long, 10'5" tall, & 12'6" wide on the monster truck tires.
that rocks thats thing is going to be a hit com prom time

Thank You !
Still awaiting the return of the orbital valve so I can get the test run on it before back into the garage for completion. I did pick up the Name decals for the sides of it, they are 12"x 12' I will try to get a pic up here once they go on.
Headed to Blue Water Labs in the morning to have the power steering pump internal by-pass altered & pick up the variable control external by-pass. Going to have them out to install a hydro pressure guage in the dash to watch & see where the by-pass needs to be set. Also picking up a hydro brake booster from Hallus performance to swap over as there is no vacuum avialible on this thing.
well we added an external steering by-pass(removed the by-pass in the steering pump), added an electric vacuum pump( for braking), de-wired the dash, corrected the fuel pedal, rewired the ignition key & mounted it in the dash.
TITTIES x2 applaudd applaudd applaudd
B&M Super cooler just added to the power steering. Another test run soon !
Make sure you get some vids!!
Second test run was done last Sunday to find the design of the rear axle mounting needed some serious work, a little re-engineering. Almost ripped it out from under the truck, got the new parts on order to fix this. Then we can add the programmer (additional 100hp).
Programmer coming tomorrow ! The rear suspension issue has been solved (for now anyhow). Removed the panard bar & added half of a four link system to the rear. We made it through the Peach Festival Parade today, next will be the "Sticks", see how it likes a beating in the mud.
As of this morning...

Thank You ! Still a work in progress, now I have the winter to complete the under carriage inclosure. Looking forward to redesigning the rear axle mounts again ( not in a hurry this time around), gonna try putting the smaller steering ram on it, adding a vacuum tank for the brakes & possibly a third brake caliper/rotor set up. Also need to get the tractor tires completed to see how they look and feel (travel tires). Lots of work to do, but that is just as fun !
Thats just plain badass!!! very cool , just need a hot tub, haha! that would be cool!
I made it out to the bog and had a great time!!!! this is an awsome Limo truck....CUDOS applaudd
Thank You ! & Thanks for making it out. I need to finish this thing up early this winter as we have taken on a couple new projects, one to be ready for spring (Daughters truck) & one (Jeannie's 4x4) more of a long term project to replace the 6x6
