Title: e 85 broken parts

 its a 95-96 s-10 on a full size blazer frame 1tons 4.10s 205 350th 496motor  its got like 8-10" lift springs front and 6-8 rears...   going to  run my  dule v treads  and 39.5 boggers   and looking at some 44s   just have to see what it likes

got the  old  frunt out and my d60 back in  now just have to fuger the stearing out  and  geting the trans  on tuesday   so then its decigan time  wate for the bbc to be dun or put the back up sbc in  for the mean time    i will try to get a pic up  when i get a chance

If it ain't to long of a wait i would say hold off. Less work to do... put a motor in tune it, pull it put another one in... lot of work when u know its not going to stay in for long.   Jmo

bbc  should bee done in a week weekand a half  and start puting it all together  still need to bild the trans    found out its not going to be as high comp as i thought    onley going to be  10 1/2 - 3/4  to 1

just got my  new to me heads  and intack    got a set of 049 castiron and a airgap rpm intack  going to be geting  the rockers soon  summit full rollers {thanks to a  we got mudder }

stoll wating on the  shop  i herd all the meshine work was done  just need to wash every thing   then i can have it  back   

still need to by the cam, headers, stall converter maybe a oil pan i think i baught  the wrong 1,  gaskets,

the jeep may get scraped   or may sell it  as a roller  just  depends on if there is any interest in it

stoped  up to the engin shop and ordered the cam   and some more parts for the bbc   looks like i should have it back with in the week   so its tile to put it together now   ooooooo Boy cant wate     still have to order the carb

its never ending   i took my heads in to have the springs checked  and   what do u now    there goes another 275.oo    and new springs locks and retainers      all well  alls i can say  this dam thing beter run good

if I remember right  the springs should run that big of a cam but I may be wrong.

they were like  15 lbs light   and already had some shims under them   and the retainers and locks were not going to work with  the new springs     


going to be puting the short block together   this weekend   and probley order the  quick fuel  dp 850  E85  on monday

geting the new q 850 e85 carb   and my heads back     tomarow  so i shoild be done with the engin shop for a wile  i hope     have got the bild started   will have it runing  soon    cant wate

going on the run stand this weekend for the first start up and break in  then its time to start working on geting the truck ready  for the season   and all together    looking at puting a tilt frount end in it  to make working and tooning  easyer

motor does sit way down in the bay IM 6'5 and I had to balance on fender to make adjustments

the  moonshine drinking beast is alive  and sounds mean to   cant wate to get it in the truck  and start braking sht  thanks to shony t  and stony v  we got it on the run stand and  runing   will be in truck befor to much longer

just got my 44s   gombo monster muders     and my wilwood   swing  break pedle & master cylinder     still wating on the dino    but i start a new job in 2 weeks   at musel moters    so  i am probley  going to  have them dino it  there

ran into a snag  with the distribeter  dont look like we are going to  find anything out intel friday   i will post when i find out

well  i  finley got  the dyno resalts    664  ft lb  of tork at 4100 rpms   and  600 hp  at 5500 rpms

looks like i may be doing some re fugering on the  parts breaking  beast   every time i run it i have some thing break   so i am thinking about pulling the 8 in springs out and doing somr thing a lil different    maybe i can get the 600 ponys   to the ground and not out threw  broken peases and parts

well lets see how i works now  i took the 8 inch springs out and put my 4 inch in   the truck looks a lot tuffer now  it will ba at parma in the morning    will  let every 1 now how it works  when i get back home
