looks like a good start! why not just weld the spiders all up instead of buyin a mini spool?
you cant do that on a 9in. cant even see the spiders in the carer and i just ordored the mini spool it was olny 22 bucks

yea that ones a lil diffrent then mine his is pre 98 they have ttb front axle so there almost bolt in mine has tbar ifs so i have to cut everything out and the hardest part is that mine dont have a steering box 98 and up use rack and pinion so im gunna put a box on it from a 78 bronco and im going with coil front for flex
got some more parts today got rims and ujoints for the front gunna get them changed tomorrow i really want to put a spool in the front but everyone keeps telling me not to

no we have 1/2 in of clearance ==roll
I've replaced 3 sets of radius arm bushings in my Bronco's, or should I say Les Shuab did, two sets of axel pivot bushings, not to mention constant alignments. Thank you TTB, you will never miss that garbage. Anyhow that thing is looking stout.
well mine was a 2000 so it dident have ttb it was torsion bar ifs i have a 5.0 in it so i keep brakeing cv shafts and this truck dident have a steering box it was rack and pinion so i had to put on in it
well took it to the bog today it all seams to work fine but now it wont run no fuel presure so i need a pump and i also melted a powersteering line on the header and almost cought fire!

that truck looks awsome short and stout
It did pretty good for not running right until the ps line melted.
Very cool build!! Looks like a lotta fun!!
Right now we are getting all the sand cleaned out that somehow made its way into the gas tank and putting in a new fuel pump. Hopefully we can get it to run good. We tested the preussure at the bog and it didnt have very good fuel pressure.
Fuel pump is in and its runnin good!
thinking hard abought coil springs in the rear!
Thatd make it a real fun trail rig for sure if ya did that!
it would really ride like a cadillac
well this is the gas out of the fuel filter
