That's bs it has an orv on it right. Then I would think that's good enough. I'll tell u this I would byTch up a storm and look for another company. It's just like the township saying the same thing. I'll do what I want and put what ever I want in my yard if they don't like it too bad don't look in my yard then.

They can if ya want insurance. They came here and said i had way to much crap, and "what if a kid comes over and get hurt" i said well then he's trespassing, because i dislike kids.  They said it doesn't work that way and that i had to clean up my yard if i wanted it back. So pretty much playing by their rules if ya want their product

I'd just ignore them and see if they send another letter

This is all a result of bs lawsuits. If someone comes on your property and gets hurt, you and your insurance are liable. The insurance doesn't want to pay for some kid getting hurt on some scrap truck in your yard. It's bs but that's what happens because people think they can award bug money to irresponsible people

just goes to show ya that you never really own anything....they either find a way to tax it to death or tell ya u just can't have it....i've always known about the wood stove deal for obvious reasons they are picky on that...but a truck in the yard always use to be up to the township u lived in...maybe one of your neighbors is complaining...or how the hell would they know?

yup thats the way it goes   my township dosent have any blight ordinances in place as we are a rural/farming area  ive been with this company for 10 years and have 2 houses and 5 vehicles insured with them  i guess the thing that gets me is some pencil neck ass hole that lives in a condo in saginaw can come out here and say ohh i dont like this or that   and the fact that my ins agent didnt even say well we can find a different provider that will cover ya  as far a the wood stove  in the barn  im movin the blocks and cleanin some stuff up but there is no way in hell im duin anything with the truck  if i doo ts just going too go on and on from there   im going too take some orange snow fence  and put around it then no KIDS can get too it   thanks for listening to my rant

Did a buddy in town worse, made him put a new roof on his place and the old one didnt even leak!! ==pissed ==pissed ==pissed

this all started when i realized my barn was only covered for about 1/3 of what it cost me too build it in 2003  and nothin on the contents   every company i talked too said they would have too do a inspection so i figured they would come out and find somethin else id have too get rid of  or move   i did have a pretty good sized mess out back and its all straightened up now  hopefully they dont give me any more crap about it when they come back out to inspect and ill make shure im home that day not just my wife here

they did that to a buddy so he moved all the junk cars up front in a line and rivited siding on all of them so you couldn't see under them or inbetween them and said that it was his new "blight fence"... kinda funny but they didn't have and rules on what a fence was  and he got away with it...

My red truck was flagged by our house insurance years ago. We got a warning saying they will REMOVE it if we didn't. Dad called them up and let them know about all the old gas leaking farm tractors that were being stored inside the barn, how the truck was actually safer, useable (It had a plow on it) and they backed off after he threatened to drop them.

this aint home owner related but, when i tried to get a job at the taxi service that i worked for before i lost my drivers licence, their insurance company told them they couldn't hire me because of my driving record. but i have a clean record with no points.
