ok i have a jimmy and a step side i want to take to the scrap yard. has anyone delt with them and are they good people to deal with. i live just down the street from there and ive never scraped a car before so i want to get some feed back on them or is there any place you go that i could try. im gonna be scraping alot this summer and get my place cleaned up so i was just wondering??

i use lamrocks or theres clarks in clio, monster is usually pretty good too lamrocks usually pays a LITTLE less than others but what you save in gas is well worth the difference  hope it helps  and you know how much i scrap  lol gl to ya man

i scrapped my s-10 blazer at spooners and they treated me good, didnt  take off anything for tires and was giving a few bucks more than everyone else on dort...

yes true they do pay by check but my bank didnt give me any problems

only  place  i  go   just make  sure  u  got  title  had  2   bring  1 back  2 them  once  left  it  on  table lol  was  240  a  ton in  flint  a  week  a go

dude where are you guys scrapin because I have scraped out alot of vehicles and iM gettin between 240 a ton to $290 a ton and yes oh yes I have walked out with cash everytime.   I have recieved $550 to $800 per vehicle and again I say that is cash in hand no check,   and yes this is in Flint off of dort. 
If you guys are only gettin checks then i would say that sucks for you LOL!!!
cash is my middle name!!!!  Screw a check ,and thats what I tell them too.
