Smokey and the Bandit is one of the best movies I've ever seen. It introduced me to the Pontiac Firebird like no other advertising scheem ever could. The 1978 Bandit Trans Am will always be my dream car and although I don't currently own one someday I will. And I will play nothing but Jerry Reed songs on the radio.

not to mention he also was a singer and guitarist for ELVIS. It really tore me up when i found out, he was one of my favorites, being a singer as he's got alot of great songs that I listen to while i'm out there runnin the  big raod and of course as an actor as he was a hell of an actor. So long Jerry (Snowman) Reed. You will be missed by many of us.
