STEUERDUKES

Hi, Im now a new registered WGM member.  My name is James and I own the big gold K5 that was rolled at the Mounds yesterday. A few people had asked me to let them know the condition of the people who where hurt in the roll-over.  Laurn, the only girl with us who we had thought had a broken arm, does not have a broken arm, just bruised badly and a deep cut that had to be stiched. Mike the guy who refused treatment at the Mounds and drove himself to the Hospital to follow the EMS has a broken wrist and hand.
It SUX that people got hurt and I was a little dazed for a few, but I now realize how much people where willing to help even after the mess was cleaned up.  I have to give a BIG THANKS to everybody who was quick to help out a few strangers in the time of need  (THANK YOU) and if anybody EVER needs help and Im around PLEASE dont be shy to ask.
Also, I was unable to get any pics of the truck rolled over or in action.  If anybody has pics and is willing to send them to me, PLEASE do.  My E-mail addy is steuerdukes@yahoo.com

THANKS AGAIN TO ALL WHO WAS THERE IN A HURRY TO HELP!!! applaudd

Ya, I felt very bad that people got hurt in my truck, but I come to realize that we all have to be very thankfull that we are here today to talk about it.  It could have been alot worse and we are very lucky with the final outcome. Im sure my friends will be healed up in no time and ready to go wheelin again.

Im glad everyone is going to be fine also.

Im ''wondering'' if EVERYBODY in your vehicle was wearing at least a seat belt while at the Mounds playing around?

It is the law in Michigan, even when you are 4x4ing in your P.U truck.

I politefully disagree.  If a vehicle is used on a fire road or other unimproved public road then a seat belt is needed.  ORV trails or recreation areas are not considered public roads.

I will agree that it is a good idea to wear a seat belt. when off roading.
