What do ya think about it? I always wanted to do it on my old truck but never did.  Was pulling a guy out before with my old blazer (good strap and clevis' I thiought) and the clevis broke on his end sending it flying back at me, luckily it went under my truck instead of through it! Completely crushed the 14 bolt rear diff cover!  Sure makes you think dont it!  So I think this winter I'm Gonna do some fab work  for some rear window protection for myself and my passengers.  .......................Just thought I'd mention it, might save somebody's life!

I had one in my 86 chevy. I still need to build one for the jeep, and since I don't have a back seat anymore I think I'll mount it to the roll bar just behind the front seats. ;)

frend of mine had one on his wood truck one log thru back window for his dad was enuff *woops* lol but yes they make headache racks premade but hey if its a bogger make one yourself. the one on the wood truck we used square tubing and set them in bed rail holes and then made crossmembers for it and got like a it was like a heavy duty type of steel mesh and put it across. but put braces in the middle it never took a clevis at the end of a strap to it but it did take a some pretty big logs

YES, SIR !!!!!!!!!!!!  IF THIS IS THE ONLY THING YOU EVER PUT ON YOUR TRUCK, IT WOULD BE THE BEST THING YOU EVER DID !!! I lost a good friend because of a strap & clevis, came back & hit him in the head !! GAME OVER !! all the fun of wheeling was gone for sometime. So after that I made this.
