putting a 95 5.7L into a 94 sonoma?

I am putting a 454 into my bogger, and want to put the stock 350 from it into my 94 sonoma.  what all do i have to do to get the engine in there and working properly.  i know i need to take the computer , but what else do i need to take, and can i keep the 4l60 trans that the sonoma has, or do i have to  swap the trans w/ the 4l60 from the 95?  will the gauges in the 94 hook up to the 95 engine/computer?

the 4l60e in the s10 SHOULD work with the computer.....

i would use the whole wiring harness from the 5.7 truck with the s10.. unless its the same EFI type, should be able to swap computers and be good

when you say whole harness??? can i just have the computer hooked up to the engine,and the trans,  and leave everything else unhooked. will the truck/engine run ok with all the other wires from the harness unhooked, like the gauges, ect.

what all does the computer run on the truck?
