that  brace might work as long as your trans mount don't brake and the trans come up a hit it and crack the trans case. I know it's out there but could happen. the console looks good where do you get the stainless steel at?

cant remember for sure where it came from,  it is 4x9 and it was alredy bent when i got it. i've got another 8 feet of it for the new bogger.

Cool keep up the good work,  let me know how that drive-line brake works for ya I was thinking of doing something similar to that but don't know how you would stop if you broke a driveshaft or u-joint.  looks good so far though

the brake works great, i put this on last winter. the only time i will lose my brakes is if i break the out put shaft, knock on wood i've using this case for ten years and not had a problem.

i made some new door panels for the truck today. wanted to make them out of stainless but found some aluminum diamond plate in the barn, so i brushed them to match the console. i still have to trim them with some rubber seal i've got.

i hope to have the cab and front clip back on it this weekend, then the body work will start. new rockers and cab corners, not much of a body man but we will see what happens.

well i got the cab and front clip on today. also got some new, (used) parts today, i got the uprights installed, thanks pete!, and next is the msd, that probably wont happen till next weekend.
