well i got a 2000 chevy hd body for my truck for this year. but after taking the old body off i found the frame is bent pretty bad, 1/2 ton frames aren't good for muddin. so now i'm putting another 80's cab on it to run this year. i'll start over on a 1ton frame i have and the new cab. hopefully have it done for next year. here are some pics before i started to tear it down.

cant forget to add these. this is why my frame is bent so bad. tried to pull it out with a tractor and a truck but it wouldnt come out. a friend was there that runs a excavating company, he went and got one of his stone slingers, ( 30,000 pounds) to get me out.

yeah me either, i just wish it would warm up a little. i dont have heat in my barn so its kinda hard to get alot done, but i'm out there every day doing something.

the past few days i've making a dash / console for my truck. its made of all stainless steal, the shifter mounts up through the bottom, and all my guages, tach, switches, fuses, and battery disconnect are mounted to it also. all of my wiring will be tucked away under it and out of the way. let me know what ya think!
