grand cherokee rims

i want to get new rims and im trying to figure out the bolt pattern for my 2000 grand cherokee. i did the measure thing and came up with a 5x5 does anybody know if this is right

yea a grand cherokee is 5x4.5 but alot of rwd vhicals have difernt patters or difernt hub sizes

i think the newer ones are 5x5.5" or something like that, but i dont remeber when that started
