Rear subframe shock mount broke on 1993 gmc K1500 Suburban.  Is it very often that this happens?  If so can it be fixed relatively cheap?  Have to have truck for reliable transportation, and help would be greatly appreciated!!

welder and a few pieces of scrap steel should be good as new!
