For the price of an oil pump compared to other engine parts, Id get a new pump.  I ran a Moroso pump in my 427 and had awsome oil pressure. It would peg a 80psi gauge on start up and come down to about 30-35psi after warmed up at idel, between 40-60psi driving it. I also used 20-50 and kept fresh oil in it.

But if its not the pump, like RD said Bearings could be going out, and putting a new pump isnt gunna make those bearings any better..
