th350 question

i just picked up a 350 trans last night and ive seen ones with a bellhousing with either no letter or a K on it and i know what both stand for, but what does one with an L stand for?  anything special or no

has to do with the vin code of the truck not sure what L stands for but thats my guess
You just think were stuck watch this. Jeeps are cool if your in high school or a chick but theres just not a big enough back seat.

is the trans a lock up?
82 scrambler ,blazer frame ,small block.It runs everything from 33's-44's....83 cj7.full size chevy axles..48 inch terra tires.. 83 cj7... purple. 350 chevy toyota axles,37 inch boggers..have fun and keep the rubber side down.. Swampy

i know nothing about the trans other then the guy i got it from ran it in his jeep and had it bolted up to a small block for a lil while
