just one more

hammer and a punch or solid carbide drillbit, possibly a left handed bit?
but if you break off the carbide you are fubar, after that E.D.M. is only choice

Mudbuster

try welding a nut to the end of the bolt, that will do 2 things 1. heat the bolt and loosen corosion, 2. give you a way to run the bolt. you just gotta get good penitration into the bolt. ==2cents

therers not enough left for the welding a bolt, i allredy thought about that.  and we had it glowing with the torches too befor the drill bit broke.

i may try and find a carbide one to drill it out with

also we tryed air hammering the part that was still above the manifold and it didnt even budge

and thanks for your 2 cents guys

That might be your best option if the carbide doesn't work.
