WE JUST PUT NEW HEAD GASKETS ON A 93 CHEVY WITH A TBI 350. WHEN IT IS COLD IT RUNS BAD, IT WILL REV UP, THEN BARELY IDLE, IT WILL KEEP DOING THAT AND IT WONT IDLE NORMAL. WHEN IT GETS WARM, IT RUNS GOOD. ANY IDEA'S? ALL NEW GASKETS AND WE CHECKED FOR AN INTAKE LEAK OR TBI LEAK AND EVERYTHING IS FINE. ANY IDEAS'S? GOTTA GET THIS OUT OF THE GARAGE TONIGHT SO ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED, THANKS

Either ya got a leak somewhere (Intake gasket) or you might be off a tooth when ya put the distributor back in. You also might have missed a vacuum line and are sucking air.

Did not see it runs good when warm? Mmmmm I think Cornbread just went through this same problem...I forgot what it was though. Might want to PM him.
