i think... not sure.. not a smoker.. but i think you can buy cig's w/o tax in the casino... 


it is b.s. tho..    lower a tax over there... raise a tax over here... get rid of a tax for them people, tax the hell outa those people...   its like they think we stupid or something.

The catch here is you are supose to be a tribal member, but then the tribe are their own  sovern(sp) nation and can tell the U.S. gov to go f##k its self and go and collect the tax from the purchasure. which means when you file your taxes, need to tell them that you smoked X packs and need to give them X $$ if you are law abiding person.
personaly i think this tax is bs.\ and i dont smoke.

its not even worth it to roll your own any more. from what my dad says, 1 pound went from $15 to $45. thats just insane. time to quit i guess.

Yep I smoke roll my owns...I get a 6oz can of tobacco every week. I use to pay $15 now it is $33. I can buy it online for $23 but after shipping cost it comes out to be about the same!

i buy 3 packs at a time for $16. its ridiculous of the price though. they just keep going up too
