air compressor problems

i recently got a 21 gallon air compressor from a friend of mine who was cleaning out his shed, it runs fine all except it don't shut off when the tank is full.is there any adjustments that can be done to make it work ?

there should be a small copper line running from the tank to where all the electrical stuff is... pressure switch is either bad or needs adjustment

Yep...Mine stick sometimes.

dont see a copper line but when the box with the on/off switch is removed theres a bolt on the top that looks like an adjustment bolt. so should i tighten it or loosen it? any ideas?
