gears for blazer

I have decided not to lock my front axel but im lookin at gears its dana 44 front 14 bolt rear im plannin on runnin 38 tires im thinkin about either 4:10 or 4:56

4.56s work good I got them in my bogger with the old 42s and 600 hp it worked good now with cut 44 boggers I need 5.13s

As of now its got stock 350 im plannin on buildin it to about 400-450 hp but nothing really more for awhile so i dont wanna go to low but i will be runnin boggers or at least thats my game plan.

350/350 and that 205 tcase..  with 35" tires.. the 4:56's would probably work ok for you
if you plan on going bigger you will want 4:88's

Sounds good to me im just on budget for this stuff so everything i but i wanna make sure its what i need so i dont have to get other crap to i mean its jsut money right?

mine is 355/350/205   39.5 boggers/swampers  and 4:10's
when boggin I can only run 1st gear (in low lock), when I hit second the motor dogs out (and I run it hard)
gearing will be one of my 1st upgrades this year.. and I'm goin straight to 4.88's, it will allow me to run 1st and 2nd gears.


when I put my 36's on, I can wheel all day in 1st and 2nd, hill climb, trail ride etc.. all is good.

I would say 4.56s for sure.... if not more.  You know you are going to want 44s soon.

Yeah i know ill want at least in the 40 range so i might as well get 4:88 and just get r done
