jeep noise

I have a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee that when you drive down the road it has a loud intermitant growling noise that you can feel in your feet I was wondering if anyone can give me an idea of what it might be i cant tell where its comming from im geussing the front dif but not sure

could be a dif, or the breaks grinding maybe..... maybe the drums in the rear?

the brakes are new the sound is a deaper growl then what brakes would be
