Did you take a die grinder too your front shaft an cleaned the points were it would hit. Are you running a double velocity in your front shaft. Truck look's Bad A** . Love the plate. I got  MUD TOY for my plate on truck LOL Personal plate just a nice added touch.

Boggerram87

I was talkin to BogginJoe when I went over to buy some stuff off him and we got to talking about driveshafts and he told me that if you unbolt the front shaft from the diff and it can swing under the yolk that it would have enough flex, so I figured to see how bad mine is I went home and bolted it up to the t-case, and believe it or not it has enough flex on the shaft that I already had, only thing is it is about 3" to short, To be safe though im still gonna do some grinding. My rear shaft was at a bad angle to so I called up Tom Woods Custom Diveshafts and there sending me one, it got the double joint on it too

Gearz

Ya a little grinding now will pay off in the long run. I know I had too grind every spot that would touch an you would not believe the difference it made in clearance from shaft binding at weird angles.

lookin good cant wait to see it at tday

Well had to rip the rear axle out to fix the leaf springs, they were bowed in, I i figured I would eliminate the 8 degree shim i put in and beef it up a bit so I did some work to the perchs I got and the blocks and re-angled everything. Ordered my new Eaton rims with enough back spacing to clear the dana 60 calipers, and got the Boggers mounted up. Picked up a extra set off Millser so I cut the lugs off and mounted em on the extra rims to run on the back! All I gotta do is bleed the brakes and power steering tonight and she will be ready for T-Day!! yeahh
