SAS AND MOTOR SWAP

its a 95 chevy ext. cab with the off road dirrect sas kit

my dad and i started on it at 8 p.m and 2 hours later the front was just about completly dissasembled

we got the axle in, but it was a pain in the a$$! the truck has long tube headers on it and they were in the way for the new brackets. ended up taking the headers off and going with shorty headers. we also just about got the front axle all rebuilt

yep, but so far we have had to replace all ball joints, center link, tie rods, calipers, and rotors. but atleast this way he wont have to worry about anything for awhile

i will have pics of it today with the tires on it

this one is out of his pile of axles out back. he still needs a 4.10 ring and pinion

ohhhhhh ok I thought it was his 4.10 front...... you better get on matts ass about them 4.10s or you will never get them!

we could have had the front all done today but the front shocks were the wrong ones, so now tomarrow we will finish up the t-case swap and change the rear shocks and it will be done till the new front shocks come in. we also have to get header gaskets so we can install the shorty heads
