89 s10 piece together

well my neighbor gave me a 89 gmc jimmy 4.3, 5spd 4x4 2dr so im going to try and piece toether bothe the box style ones i have now and make a good one.

for now plans include- fixing the front end so it's not locked up and wheel it

down the road- sas, tbi 20k mile jasper 350 which he also said if going in this i could have, and wheel the crap outa it and if im lucky maybe even start another one and put the 4dr body on my k5 frame i think im going to stick with the tbi 4.3 but run a th350/208or205 or maybe a 700r4/208 and for axles im thinking 3/4 chevy axles or if i keep the 5spd maybe a ford 44 and 9"

would any one be interested in tradeing the 5spd and 231 t case outa this  or my k5 frame for some 3/4 ton chevy axles with spring's or a th350/208 combo with kick down cable. or maybe the k5 frame for some ford axles and front suspension set up out of a 1/2 ton?

Whats wrong with the front end? How did it lock up? Brakes rust up or the ring and pinion mess up?

umm it was getting beat hard and stoped so im guessing internal failure it was also around the time the motor started knocking hard core i belive shortly after to be percise

ya.......... if i ever get enough free time im going to pull the 4.3 and front diff out of that green one and  and make this move till i get around to the sas then the green one's tran's is going to go in that step side........ wow i have to many projects not enough time and no money
