all I know is she is very stuck up. I have gone to a few indy car races and tried to get here autograph but she would not do any. Did not have any problems with any of the other drivers. Other than that is gonna be fun to watch her race nascar. Plus she is a hottie.

I think she will do just fine. Being with JR Motorsports and backing from Hendriks will be a big help for her. Besides she is a good Indy Car driver and has raced carts since she was a kid. Go Danica!

yeah but open wheel is a big diff when it come too rubing fenders n the corner at 200mph just hop she up for some good o'le boys showing her what nascar is all about it'll be fun

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. ? Danica Patrick has just finished sixth in her stock car debut in tonight's Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 at Daytona International Speedway.

Patrick, who dropped back as far as 24th with 12 laps to go, came charging up from the field to run as high as fifth with five laps to go before getting hung out in the draft and dropping back among the lead group to finish sixth.

x2 and it is exactly like o'le boy said on Days of Thunder, she is use to a car that is 2x as light and the tires are 2x as wide, now her car will be 2x as heavy and her tires 2x narrower...I personally don't think she will do good. I am willing to bet she don't place in the top ten in her first year. She is entering a whole new world of racing

Finishing 6th I think is very good for her first time in a stock car. Hope her Nationwide debut is just as successful.
