HOT BARBEQUE BEEF SANDWICH

3 lbs. arm beef roast
1/2 c. onion
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over beef roast and roast for 3 hours at 325 - 350 degrees. Serve in buns. Just delicious! Freezes well.
