putiting videos on WGM?

I tried to put a couple little videos in the 4x4 videos and it kept saying my time expired before  it was posted.  any advice on how to put these videos on here? thanks

gotta be hosted on photobucket.com  or you tube or google video,
my server dont allow streaming vids
