Another one for Cannaert

Well I had to go spend money I really did not want to on a new to me truck. Put today I pick it up after dealing with the place for 3 days and me not being able to sign the papers till today.
But her She is 1995 GMC C1500 ECSB with w/ 350.

Best part is it just has under 83k on it. NO rust on it besides the under side of the tailgate. Came w/ Trailer Brake controller and a class V hitch.
Only thing I am doing to it is Putting my Sun Visor on it and some Good Fog/Driving lights and my good back up lights. Would like to do a nice exhaust down the road, maybe after I sell my Jeeps off.

thats a very nice truck but not that nice for what you paid for it...... good chris you got an reliable truck now no more beaters..... i wouldnt do a thing to it besides drive it! leave it alone

Yep smoked a Deer on the way home from work the 2nd day I had it in my hands. LOL Only with my luck would and did it happen.
Got it back on the road and going to paint the front clip to match this weekend and Put some silver on the bottom of it as well.

Well here it is as of now.
Got the paint to redo it its just been way to hot to do it plus I need a 3 day weekend to work on it. Hoping Labor day weekend is good and warm but not to cool at night to paint it.

I am going to do the a two tone on it with the silver on the bottom like the front clip. Only thing I am going to do different is were the wheel well flare is and the body line that flows with it is going to have silver as well. Just like the 94-97 S-10 Two Tone jobs.

I need a a place to work on this.
Damn Cab corners when n****red up real bad. They used foil tape, wax paper and a ton of body filler to fix the cab corners on this thing as well as the doors. So now I am having to Keep it put new doors and cab corners on re paint the b***h. But It will last me for ever once I get it all fixed up.

HAHAHAHAHA. Go figure I put a post up on this and I got Freaking hit today well driving it. I saw the car coming floored it so I would not be T-boned and thank god I did. He just clip the back of my Bed and mess it all to hell. I did just find another bed today as well as a much needed Passenger side.
Well by the time I dont with this damn thing it will all new sheet metal. Ha.

Well, I got a nice rust free box finely for it. Has two bad dents but nothing a few hours of body work wont fix. Tailgate is shaved now and looking nice.
Got the new driver side door on it but it needs the old wiring harness from the original door. Four door Tahoe door wiring don't work to well on a two door.
PS Door had a bad rust spot on the bottom cut that out and used fiber glass to fix that. Looks great now just waiting primer and paint now.
I Need to get the DS cab corner done as well and that will be it for body issues.
Plain to get all the body work done up here in the next few weeks and get it in primer.

I am thinking of gone Black with the original Green laid out down as two 18 inch wide Strips running down the middle of the truck as well as my Other hood with the Mach 1 hod scoop on it.
Also thinking I might do something cool to the tailgate. Thinking some Airbrush work.
Thinking it would be cool to make it look like it had chunk of the tailgate rip open like a tin can and there is wood behind it. I dont know yet. I want to show off what I can do with all my time at school doing paint work. and my body work.
