did anybody see these yet ?  it is now legal for all people to use crossbows in the lower pennsula and they lifted the speed cap on bolts and lowered the age to 10, the reason is to entice new hunters and to get the older ones into archery  applaudd applaudd applaudd ++peace ++peace

i now this wont come across right and im not trying to offend anybody just want to give my opinion.
i dont like this all its going to do is get people out in the woods that have no woods sence and wound alot of deer.and i hope im wrong but im sure we will start to hear about peopls getting shot with these, you get some yahoo that hears you walking thru the woods and they think its a deer and next thing you know they are shooting with out looking to make sure its a deer.
what are they going to do start making us wear orange all year?
besides in my opinion it takes some of the sport out of bow hunting. thers no other rush in the world like seeing that buck comming down the trail and getting the draw on him and hitting him.to me its the best when i have beaten his three sensces, his nose, his ears, and his sight.
as i said at the top its just my opinion
drive like you stole it

i agree, even though i just bought a crossbow, theres going to be gunhunters that have no idea about shot placement and patients that bow hunting requires taking shots that they shouldnt. should be required to hunt with a regular bow for a season or two if healthy enough before you can zing a crossbow

Accorrding to the 2010-2011 hunting guide i got with my lisence the cross bow is able to be used by ages 12 and up in zone 2 and zone 3. with no speed cap.
