New hauler frame stretch

Adding 8 foot of frame. Then having 12 foot living area added on.
Brandon cutting....Scott welding.... Friends helping make it happen

Make sure you put a electric air conditioner/ heater in that thing so i dont have to hear that thing aidle all night.  LOL!!! Lookin good warner!

Shoulda cut the frame in a z notch...my dad does this all the time...only way to make it strong without having to add plates on the frame to make it strong againand we've got a driveshaft for ya in a box truck we are parting out

Had to do the straight cut to get max stretch.  Plated with 5/8 plate and 12- 5/8 bolts per cut. Took 6 hours to drill all the holes with a mag-drill  ==doh
Drive shafts are in. added 2 carrier bearings.

Mag drills are sweet for heavy work.

If you use a broach bit the hole drilling process goes a lot faster.  Nice work so far.
