Snagging hooks

I used to love snagging salmon when I was younger and it was legal... we had to get up at 4:00 am and stand in line to get a badge to fish a 4 hour shift at Ludington State Park.............I gave all those fancy leaded hooks away to fishing buddies a couple years back.....I ran accross some more less quality snagging hooks at a resale church thrift store...and I thought wonder if I can sell these on EBAY?? I was surprised to see there are new ones on EBAY still being sold..It said they are not legal in all states....What States still allow snagging?? and why??? Does anyone know???

I love carp fishing too! but not as fun as Salmon

is it still legal by the tippy dam out by white cloud......... we used to call leaded hooks polish dry flys
