hunting land lease

how many people lease hunting land ?..... i just picked up 280 acres in evart again that we hunted for three years the farmer just called asking if we were interested 1500.00 for 280, groomed trails to blinds, use of 4-wheel tractor,off road golf carts to and from blinds, electrical hook up for camper CANT WAIT UNTIL; SEASON AGAIN  goin up saturday to examine old rifle blinds and see what we need
