i got a cross member for an 82-92 for the 700r4

Just want it says I am looking for a 2WD Th350 for my Car.  Tried to stick a 700R4 in it and its a NO go and I dont want to spend 250 buck for a Cross-member to have the OD of the 700R4.

I have a Good 2WD 4L60E as well as a Good 700R4 I am willing to trade either one for a Good Th350 w/ a shift kit. Must be 2wd.  The sooner the Better.

I just put a 700r4 in it and it wont work.  The pan is hitting the cross-member and it will not line up with the mount hole either.
There was nothing in the car when I got it.

Is it a Long or short tail shaft.
and when would you want to swap them out.

short you shure ya got the crossmember in there right???

that looks like it ya need a short tail shaft in those cars   ive got a couple  there stock trans  no kit or anything  let me know if ya can use one

did ya find one for the marro   this one 700  i got here has  2 spots to bolt the mount to one measure  the same as a 350 the other holes are back 2 1/2 inch   ineed a good 4l60 for my dd  soo i have a speedometer and it will plug in
