This started a few weeks ago, only happens in the morning when it hasnt run all day, after i drive to work and it sits all day it starts up just fine..   It'll crank and crank and crank  occasinally fire and backfire, wont start up tho.

if i let it sit for 30 min or so it'll usually fire up...

New fuel pump/sending unit in may or so...  (AC DELCO)       Havent ran a fuel pressure test on it recently tho, pump primes up no problem, fresh full tank of gas yesterday and still does the same thing

I''m thinking ignition module?    130k miles seems awful low for that to be going out...

one of your coil packs has a crack in it and is getting moisture in it, you let it run they warm up and all the moister dissapates from it.... you let it set moisture gets drawn back in to it.....

my old 2.2 was super sensitive to plug wires, any rain or moisture and had the same problem

That's the same thing my 91 sonoma is doing... I have no idea, I know changing the ignition module would fix mine for a couple days..
