1. Newbies, it's a really good idea to stop by and introduce yourself before posting for sale ads. You will have a lot more luck!!
   You can do so here:New Members Intro

2. When writing your ad please state in the subject if it's FOR SALE or WANTED or FREE

3. In the ad remember to put a complete description along with the contact information. If your not online that much maybe  
   include a phone number.

4. Please keep your ads family oriented.

5. When setting your price "Or Best Offer" means you're open to offers, while "Firm" means you are NOT open to offers. Also it helps if you put a price,

6. Pictures are very helpful. If you need help posting them, just ask, a moderator or almost anybody on here will help you get
   them posted.
People are more apt to buy your stuff, when they can see it.....

7. Please mark titles as *sold* or *found* when they have been. This will keep more space open for more ads. And keep
   ads current.

8. If you do not agree with someones price or something about the ad, please contact them thru a PM or contact a moderator. Take your LOWBALL offers to PMs ,not on their post, show some class....
IF YOUR NOT BUYING IT... Keep your opinions to yourself....
   Let's keep the negative comments out of the thread.

9. Please keep all business dealings in PM or thread you are dealing on... Not Shoutbox...
