1965 tassel

while i was helping take the seat out of my neighbors 1955 chevy "all original numbers matching v6" i found a 1965 tassel, its blue and gold i believe. I have been told kearsley was blue and gold and carman was also. My grandparents went to flint and mt. morris. so they dont no.. anyone got idea where its from? pictures may come.

And if you no someone that might be missing this, just tell me and i might meet you somewhere and give it away.
