I QUIT !!

  Today is # 53 with no cigarettes....I think it is # 63 for my hubby !!  It really feels great and I am soooo glad I did it !!   I have smoked since I was 14ish !!

i never regreded quitting the cigs, my wife has Asthma & was allergic to my smoking, so I quit to give us both a longer life... been 7-8 yrs i think since i last smoked a marlboro... been 6 yrs or so since I last had a beer
i dont miss it at all

CONGRATS VERY PROUD OF YOU GUYS!  The wife and I quite april 10th 2010 so its been almost a year. Belive it or not I still get cravings once in a while.
