Tuning issues

 i have a nitro rustler with a TRX 3.3 in it and i am having issues getting it to transfer from low speed to high speed i will be going at WOT than it all of a sudden like leans way out than over revs some times it will do this some times it wont... and the speed isn't there like it should be I've tried richening the high speed needle and nothing happened... i just got the motor and this happened to me on the last tank of the break-in procedure. Any ideas?

make sure the carb is tight in the block my 3.3 did the same

i had this happen look a bad fuel line or a slight leak in the tank if like it only happens at half tank could be a seam in the tank or pin hole a bad line or a tank that dont seal can be a pain cuz it wont hold a tune as for the lean does it cut out when it gets too lean the motor will cut off over reving might be in the clutch pads just a thought

it also will happens if you run plane fuel that motor needs car fuel

if i run my 3.3 to rich it wont shift i have to lean it out

well it isnt a 2 speed transmission and i know that i am running car fuel in it... its the same fuel i've always ran traxxas top fuel
