Need tip on 1996 Tracker

I have 96' Geo Tracker but the 4x4 don't work. I went to Mufflerman and had it on lift and see that the front drive shaft is not spinning even when engage in 4 wheel drive in either high or low range. So I am asking for advise/tips on which i should go junk yard get another transfer case for $250 or someone else have better deal on this? Or should I get it rebuild? or anyone have better idea? Please help.

I think "the don" was parting one out a while ago, idk if he still has it.

I also forgotten to mention I need pass side axle shaft. Mine are bend. How do I get hold of "the don?"

Anything wrong with TC? I need good TC and if it is then I like to have them also I need someone to install if any help. I dont have lift. Anyone instered to help out pls say so.
