from what im reading on the net, there is many ways to do this mod.  You can machine the spindle to counter sink the wheel studs, you can counter sink the 12 bolts and use taper head bolts and grind a little off the wheel studs, or you can use a Timkin bearing 3926 instead of the 3920 as the 3926 bearing sits .125 out farther.  If you have done this mod, please let me know what you have done, as im curious to see if anybody had problems with the route that they used ???? thanks

Just about anything for 5 tons will work for 2.5 tons. and if you just take it apart youll see what you can do. its pretty easy, there made on the dummy system like all of the armys stuff.
