pulled staples out today,
says i can do whatever i want, except I cant lift anything...
the patch that they took out was defective & curlled up causing discomfort
so changed it up with a new patch


the velcro corset sleave,(the wrap) around my belly wasnt tight enough all week
so he tighten'd it up wear it suppose to be. very tight around ribs
im very discomfortable now.... been taken little to no pain pills since the operation(John Wayne style), but after doc appt today I popped two loratabs, hope they help
Today just sucks..... but still feels good to be breathing
wont be long & Ill be on right track, next hernia Doc appt is in 3 wks

next problem to defeat is kidney stones. gotta see my own doc to see whats next

Recovery time sure is slow, im healing myself from my 2nd shoulder surgery.  Takin it easy is the best, but t sure gets boring!  Hope ya heal fast!
