ghost phone calls

anyone getting a lot of phone calls where there's noone there??  i know there was some phone stuff going on a while back about thieves, but that was with house phones.. i get like 4 or 5 a week on my cell.... that won't tell anyone if i'm home or not and cells have different numbers.. it's just wasteing  minutes, there's never anyone there, and it always comes up unknown or private or something like that

I have been told some of these calls were noone is there, is done by a computer. This tells them what time you answer your phone. Then a real person knows when to call. If I don't know the number or not expecting a call, I don't answer. If it's important they'll leave a message. If it's a 800 # I google it.

And don't forget a lot could be "butt" or "pocket" dials also.  Because I "pocket" dialed a pizza place that was in my contacts, and when I seen that, I called them and explained to them what happened, and then we got a good laugh.

if i dont know who it is I dont answer expesialy a unknown caller unless its one of them i just answer it to fast with out thinking kinda things

put your number on the do not call list.  you will get a lot less of that.
