So i got my Registration form in the mail, sweet.... Can you explain it a little more for us?

I read the form... what i can tell is if no one finishes the race in the top three that are signed up to collect points, no one gets the points.....
or is it the top three to finish the race that are signed up for the points tournament gets points, even if the first guy gets 5th that day of racing?
