orbital valve

want to do hydro steering and dont know anything about it other then you need a orbital valve hoses and a cylinder but i found a orbital vavle on ebay and was wondering if this would work

look around at the junk/scrap yards if ya buy the e bay one and pay to ship you could go and buy a new one in the sagnasty JMO
