mine is 30x40x12, pole barn style, 10x10 insulated door, 12 x10 insulated door, 1 entry door, 1 window, steel siding, steel roof w/OSB underneath, cement w/drain, and a 20x20 cement slab out front.   $17,000 and I didnt lay a hand on it, done in 3 days. I love it.
