My dog is a alcoholic!

At our annual bonfire party Saturday my friends wife gave my dog beer, he ended up drinking 3 of them and got pretty hammered walking around enjoying the party wagging his tail and everything was all good.

Over the last few days when ever a friend comes over they are getting free beer because I have probably about 100 of them in my fridge and I only drink a few times a year. Well now when they are sitting there drinking their beer my dog sits right in front of them growling, my friends are like why is he growling at me and I tell them I think he wants a beer, so I go get his bowl and a beer and sure enough that is what he wants, after about 2 or 3 of them he is wagging his tail again.

WTF? My dog is an alcoholic
No telling what he is going to do when the beer runs out?
I think he is going to be pretty upset
He takes his beer seriously and don't you dare drink in front of him without sharing

I think I am going to have to take him to AA and stand in front of everyone and say (Hi my name is Kevin and my dog is an alcoholic, his life has become unmanageable without alcohol) or maybe he is beyond that point and needs inpatient treatment

Haha Mine Used To Be The Same Way, It Wasn't Very Consistent But Every Now And Then She Would Come Up And Bump My Dads Hand If He Had One...It Was Her Way Of Askin For A Drink

What I find funny is my other two dogs will not touch the stuff so he is like oh well more for me...slurp slurp slurp.

In high school we would give my buddys lag beer and she would get wasted and stumble around......it was pretty darn hilarious......

my dog  used to love to   with me his name was pinner if i was at kitchen table he would get up on chair and whine until he got his way

my old dog would drink shots of beer off the bar in our house in college...she liked to with me too!
