Swaping a window motor and regulator GM

I need some help doing this. I have tried to do it 3 time now and I F-it up every time.
I have a bad motor in my new door and did not know it was messed up till i put the new door on. Took the old on out b/c it work and now I need help putting it in the new door.
It is a 95 GM Full size.

I need this done soon so I can drive it. I dont have A/C in my truck now b/c I need all new A/C lines.  Please dont tell me how to do it. I need it done and I am not going to mess this door up like I did the last 3 I have tried to do.

I am going to pay who ever can do it.

Forgot to add I need this DONE befor the week is over. I have to take the truck up North to haul a bunch of crap home for the family shop.

I am can not pay some guy 150 bucks to come do it for me right now.  Two weeks ago when I had the money I would have but Now its not going to happen for some time. Got no income now and it sucks.
