14 bolt semifloater

i got this old 14 bolt semi floater out of my bogger and i need to get the axle shafts out and i know you have to take the c clips off the end of the shaft to pull it out but i cant get the clip out wat am i doing wrong

pull the center pin first.......have someone push in on the shaft and use a magnet to pull them out if they don't just fall out after pushing on the shaft.

i think they welded that pin to carrier

SOL  I got a SF 14 bolt with disk brakes............
